The fast clip fatening system is a shoulderless and boltless design with few components, featuring a compact structure and strong gauge-maintaining capabilities. During the production of rail sleepers, the base is embedded in advance, and the clip presses the steel rail by inserting it into the embedded base. Insulating gauge blocks are placed between the embedded base and the steel rail, allowing for adjustment of the steel rail's lateral position by replacing these blocks.
