Generally speaking, the buckling pressure of most spring clips in the fastener system is between 7.5KN and 12.5KN, and the displacement of the spring clip toe is between 10 and 15mm. According to European standards, the minimum force to push the rail on the main line is 7KN, and the minimum force to push the rail on high-speed and heavy-load railway lines is 9KN. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the minimum buckling pressure of the spring clip is 8.5KN, and under more stringent application conditions, the buckling pressure is about 10KN.
