Type I Rail Clip
GNEE type I elastic clips, which are ω-shaped, were developed to address the need for substantial elevation adjustments in railway infrastructure. Type I clips are suitable for railway tracks using 50 kg/m rails.
Type I elastic clips are divided into two types, A and B. Type A clips exert a clamping force of 8 kN per clip with an elastic travel of 9 mm, while Type B clips exert a clamping force of 9 kN per clip with an elastic travel of 8 mm. The static stiffness of the rail pad underneath ranges from 90 to 120 kN/mm.
