Products Description
The raw materials of railway spikes are generally high-quality carbon structural steel or alloy steel, such as Q235, Q345 or medium carbon steel 35#, 45#, to ensure sufficient strength and toughness. During the manufacturing process, the spikes are usually hot forged or cold headed, and undergo heat treatment processes such as annealing and quenching to improve their hardness and wear resistance.
For spikes used in special environments such as high humidity, ocean, and cold zones, surface treatments such as hot-dip galvanizing, electrogalvanizing, and epoxy resin coating are also required to improve their corrosion resistance. Advanced automated production lines can achieve batch, efficient, and standardized production of spikes, ensuring that each product meets the quality standards of the international railway industry such as AREMA, EN, UIC, etc.
