Producing Process
The manufacturing process of railway threaded spikes is a complex and delicate process involving multiple key steps. First, the blank needs to be cut according to the set length to form the original material of the spike. This step requires high cutting precision to ensure the accuracy of subsequent processing. Next, one end of the original material of the spike is turned to form a cone tip for subsequent installation and fixation. Subsequently, the other end of the original material of the spike is heated to achieve a certain plasticity and toughness for subsequent stamping.
During the stamping process, key structures such as the screw head and the pad are formed through precise mold and pressure control. After the stamping is completed, the spike profile needs to be trimmed to remove the burrs and flash on the surface to improve the appearance quality and precision of the product. Finally, the end of the original material of the spike with a cone tip is wire-rolled to form a uniform and complete thread to obtain the final spiral spike product. In the entire manufacturing process, each link is strictly controlled and tested to ensure that the quality and performance of the final product meet the standard requirements.
