Dog spike, also called cut spike, it looks square in the horizontal section and has an L-shaped head.
Two lugs on each side of dog spike makes the spike's head looks like the dog's head, this is why it is called dog spike. AGICO can provide different sizes of dog spike to meet various requirements of the length of spikes.
Railway dog spikes looks like a dog's head, which is mainly used on T-shaped rails to fasten the rail tracks and tie plates to railway sleepers.
The first metal dog spike was patented in 1866 by an American inventor named William F. Butcher. Since then, dog spikes have evolved from being made of wrought iron to cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel, depending on the application.

Production process:


Installation Process:
1. Clean up the surface of rail sleeper and inserted holes
2.Use coarse sand to seal the hole-bottom and tamped,
3. Get the anchoring agent ready.
4. inject the screw spike to the holes evenly.
5.insert the spikes in left-right direction rotating into the holes.
6. Clean up the anchoring agent that sticks onto the rail sleeper surface.
7.Install rail fasteners
