The elastic clip V-type fastener system is designed for securing rails with shoulders and is ideal for laying 60kg/m rails on high-speed railways with ballast tracks. It is suitable for both 350km/h and 250km/h speed-rated high-speed railways, accommodating various mobile units with specific axle weight requirements.

 

Type V elastic clip fastening system components

 

The fastener system includes spiral screw spikes, flat washers, spring steel rail clips (W2 type, X3 type, and A type), rail insulators, and steel rails. It is installed on prestressed concrete shoulder sleepers and incorporates a lower plate (rubber pad and composite pad) along with a pre-embedded casing.
