Adopting controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology to form a uniform pearlite structure, balancing hardness and toughness.

Standardization of cross-sectional dimensions: The head curvature, waist thickness, and bottom width are all compatible with the UIC60 series fastening system, reducing installation complexity.

Profile accuracy control: rail head profile error ≤ 0.05mm, reducing wheel rail contact stress concentration and extending service life.

Customization range of length: standard fixed length of 25m/50m, supporting seamless welding technology application to improve the smoothness of the track.

Rolling technology upgrade: Adopting a four roll universal rolling mill for continuous rolling to ensure consistency in the overall cross-sectional dimensions, with tolerances controlled within ± 0.3mm.

Surface treatment process: laser descaling combined with ultrasonic testing to eliminate micro defects, with a defect detection rate of ≥ 99.9%.
