The material is designed with low carbon equivalent and is suitable for flash welding/aluminothermic welding. We provide a welding process instruction manual and recommend the use of flux recommended by UIC.

3. How to ensure the straightness and tolerance of the rail?
Answer:
Controlled by a fully automatic straightening machine, the straightness is ≤1mm/m, and the cross-sectional dimension tolerance complies with the EN 13674-1 standard (such as height tolerance ±0.5mm).

4. Is there a quality assurance period?
Answer:
The warranty period is usually 12 months (from the date of arrival at the port), and non-human damage can be replaced free of charge or claimed.
