Product Details
Railway track production: high carbon steel rolling → heat treatment → flaw detection; concrete sleeper prestressing forming; spring clip fastener assembly (pressure ≥ 10kN); seamless welding (pass the drop hammer test); ballast compaction. Acceptance criteria: track gauge 1435±2mm, smoothness ≤0.2mm/m.
