Products Description
According to the material used for the railroad rails, railroad rails can be further divided into three types: high-quality carbon rails, alloy rails and full-field heat-treated rails. High-quality carbon rails mainly increase the content of carbon and manganese to improve strength and optimize toughness, while strictly controlling the content of sulfur and phosphorus below 0.030%. Its mainstream grades include U74 and U71Mn.
Alloy rails are based on carbon rails, and alloy elements such as V, Ti, CRr, and Mo are added to further improve the strength and toughness of the rails. Commonly used alloy rails in my country are RE-Nb rails, RE-Cr rails, and V-Ti rails, and their mainstream grades are U76RENB, U75V, and U76CrRE.
Full-length heat-treated rails are based on the above two types of rails, and through a heat treatment process of heating and controlled cooling, they improve their internal structure, refine the grains, and form pearlite structure to achieve high-strength and high-toughness rails.
