1. Assemble steel wire or reinforcement in the mold.
2. Position steel wire or reinforcement within the mold.
3. Install accessories in the mold.
4. Pour concrete into the mold.
5. Perform ordinary vibration molding (first vibration).
6. Perform loading vibration molding (second vibration).
7. Steam cure the concrete.
8. Relax the steel wire or reinforcement.
9. Cut the steel wire or reinforcement at the ends of the sleeper.
10. Demold the sleeper.
11. Clean the mold and apply demolding agent.
