The concrete sleeper products are made by vibration molding or load vibration molding, steam curing, loosening steel wire or steel bars, cutting the ends of the sleepers, etc.

It has the advantages of saving wood, long service life, good track laying quality, less maintenance work, and low cost. It is significantly better than wood in high-speed, heavy-load, seamless and other railways.

According to the structure, it is divided into integral, combined and semi-sleeper; according to the reinforcement method, it is divided into reinforced concrete sleepers and prestressed reinforced concrete sleepers; according to the prestressing method, it is divided into pre-tensioning method, post-tensioning method and continuous reinforcement method; according to the gauge, it is divided into 1435mm standard gauge and 600, 762, 1000mm narrow gauge concrete sleepers.
