1. Regularly inspect the overall condition of the steel rails
Appearance inspection: Check the surface of the rail for cracks, deformation, rust, wear, and other issues, especially the joints and welding areas. Any abnormalities should be promptly repaired or replaced.
Dimensional inspection: Use measuring tools to check whether the height, width, slope, and other dimensions of the steel rail meet the standard requirements.
Track flatness: Ensure that the steel rails are laid flat without significant undulations or tilts. The verticality and levelness of the track can be checked using specialized instruments.

2. Clean the track and surrounding environment
Regularly clean the debris, dust, stains, and oil stains on the steel rails to ensure a clean surface and avoid affecting the normal operation of the crane.
Clean up the garbage, accumulated water, and weeds next to the track to prevent them from affecting the use of the rails and the movement of equipment.

3. Check and maintain the connection parts of the track
Track connector inspection: Regularly check the looseness of track connectors, bolts, and other fasteners to ensure that the connecting components are firm and undamaged.
Track joint inspection: Track joints are the most susceptible parts of crane rails to wear and damage, and should be regularly inspected for damage, cracks, or corrosion to ensure their normal operation.
Regularly lubricate the parts where the steel rails come into contact with the crane wheels to reduce friction and wear, and extend the service life of the steel rails and crane wheels. Special lubricating oil or grease can be used.
