This grade provides a good balance between mechanical performance and cost, making it one of the most commonly used materials for sleeper screws.

 

45# steel is a high-strength medium carbon steel with excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance, featuring a tensile strength exceeding 740 MPa. After heat treatment, its hardness and fatigue resistance are greatly enhanced, making it ideal for heavy-duty railway, mining transport rails, and high-stress fastening systems.
