Concrete Sleeper Screw Spike are used for Railway Rail Fastening systems,The rail sleeper screw spikes are used to fasten the sole plate and ribbed base plates to wooden sleepers or together with plastic dowel and flat or spring washers, to fix the tie plate or rail clip on the concrete sleepers, to make sure the steel rail stable on the right position.
Manufactured from Q235 carbon steel, this screw spike offers excellent tensile and yield strength with good toughness, suitable for high-speed and heavy-haul railway operations. Surface treatments include hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), plain oiled, or oxide coating, providing effective resistance against moisture, salt spray, and coastal corrosion.
