What are the sources of danger when laying seamless rails

A seamless line refers to a line where rails are welded together, called a welded long rail line. Because there is a huge temperature force in the long rail, it is also called a temperature stress seamless line. According to the length of the welded long rails, there are ordinary seamless lines and cross-section seamless lines. The length of the welded rails of the former is generally about 1 to 2 km. 2 to 4 standard rails are set between the two long rails and connected to the long rails in the form of ordinary rail joints to form a buffer zone. Although it reduces the number of rail joints, there are still rail joints in the buffer zone.

1 The insulation performance of the electric-powered equipment used in the base rail welding is poor, and electric shock occurs.
2 The drop hammer test machine is not equipped with a protective net, the winch wire rope is worn and severely corroded, and the personnel do not stand in a safe area during the drop hammer test.
3 High-temperature welding heads, welding slag from pushing down the nodules, etc. are scalding.
4 The spacing between the fulcrums for storing long rails is unreasonable, and the number of storage layers is too high, causing dumping.
5 The fixing device before transporting long rails is not locked, and the bulk materials are not reinforced.
6 The anti-slip measures for long rail transport vehicles are not in place.
7 The operating speed of the long rail transport vehicle exceeds the limit, the speed exceeds the limit during alignment, and the iron shoes and wheel stoppers are not placed in front.
8 The traction card for traction of long rails is not locked.
9 Oxygen cylinders and acetylene (or liquefied petroleum gas) cylinders are transported in the same vehicle, and the safety distance is insufficient when used.
10 The mobile rail welding operation vehicle is not equipped with a wheel stopper.
11 Thermite welding crucible breaks, molten steel splashes or leaks, causing burns.
12 The collision block flies out when the seamless line stress is released and the collision rail is locked.
13 When the seamless line track is adjusted at a temperature 20℃ higher than the actual locking rail temperature, the track expands.
