The head of the T-type railway track bolt is T-shaped. Some specially designed T-bolts also have tooth structures at both ends of the head, or chamfers are set on the upper part of the bolt cap, which can increase the mechanical friction coefficient with the track, making the connection between the bolt and the track more secure and preventing vibration and loosening.
Nuts Compatible With T bolts

Nylon anti-loosening nut: The nylon pad inside it can increase the friction with the T-bolt screw, effectively prevent the nut from loosening in a vibrating environment, and improve the reliability of the connection. It is suitable for railway track parts with high anti-loosening requirements.
Flange nut: It has a larger support surface, which can increase the contact area with the connected parts, disperse the pressure, and make the connection more stable. In some track connection parts with high stability requirements and need to withstand large lateral forces, flange nuts are used in combination with T-bolts.
Ordinary hexagonal nuts: Simple structure and easy to use. In some ordinary railway track connections that do not require particularly high anti-loosening and stability, ordinary hexagonal nuts are used to connect with T-bolts. Generally, they are used with spring washers or flat washers to enhance anti-loosening performance.
