3 types of international standard rails delivered simultaneously to meet the customized needs of multiple countries
With the continuous increase in overseas diversified orders, our company has recently successfully completed a batch of rail exports covering three mainstream international standards, namely: UIC60 (European standard), BS75A (British standard) and GB50 (Chinese standard).
These rails were sent to the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe for various application scenarios such as intercity railways, industrial park branches and coal transportation trunk lines. The biggest feature of this order is the simultaneous production and delivery of rails of different standards, which tests the company's flexible manufacturing and international standard adaptation capabilities.
In order to ensure the high-quality completion of the order, the company conducted multiple rounds of communication with customers at the technical solution stage to determine detailed parameters including hardness, straightness, cross-section deviation, tolerance range, etc. During the production process, three standard rails are manufactured in parallel on the same production line, and are processed separately by region in the final packaging, labeling and packing links to ensure that customers receive the goods correctly.
The successful implementation of this project once again verifies our company's ability to provide customized solutions for multiple countries, and also demonstrates the level of organization, coordination and production management in complex order processing. We will continue to improve our technical support services and provide compliant, safe and reliable rail products for railway construction projects in more countries.
