Customized rail bolts delivered successfully, meeting customers' special construction requirements
This month, a batch of customized rail bolts provided by our company to an overseas customer were successfully delivered. The products will be used in the reconstruction project of the local mountain railway bridge section. The project puts forward customized requirements for the strength grade and anti-loosening performance of the bolts, and makes special instructions for the anti-corrosion treatment method.
After receiving the drawings, our technical team quickly organized evaluation and process adjustments, and carried out all the work from material selection, heat treatment to surface treatment according to customer standards. After several rounds of proofing verification, the mass production plan was finally determined.
After the product was delivered, the customer gave good feedback and said that they would continue to cooperate with our company in multiple subsequent line reconstruction projects. The smooth implementation of this order once again proves that our company has the technical ability and delivery strength to flexibly respond to complex project requirements.
