DTIV-1 Subway Fastening System
The DTIV-1 subway fastening system GNEE rail offered is designed for 50 kg/m rails and uses an indirect spring system. It also provides a gauge adjustment range of +4 to -8mm, enabling precise alignment and maintenance.
Specification
- Tension clamps (φ13) are divideded into two types: A and B. Type B clamps are used at rail joints No. 6 and No. 8, while Type A clamps are used elsewhere. Tightening torque: 100-120N.m.
- Vertical static stiffness of fastener node: 30-50kN/mm.
- Anti-climb resistance of a set of fasteners: ≥11kN.
- Rail insulators are classified into middle and end types, with four numbers each (6, 8, 10, 12). Numbers 6 and 12 are for gauge adjustment.
- Horizontal adjustment of fasteners: 10mm (pad under rail is 10mm).
- Gauge adjustment range: +4, -8mm.
- Resistance values of insulating parts: >108Ω.
