Our Elastic rail clips range from 12mm to 20mm, such as e1609,e1809,e2009,e2055, skl1,skl3,skl12,skl14. The hardness ranges are HRC44-48 for diameter 20mm E clip, and HRC42-47 for diameter 13mm Skl clip. We use 60Si2MnA, 60Si2CrA, 55Si2Mn and 38Si7 spring steel bar raw material for the production.
Our rail clips are produced as per standards DIN17221,BS970,GB/T1222,GB/T4357,GB/T4358.
On the fatigue life, when the deflection is 9.1mm,they can provide a performance of 5 million cycles without crack.
We offer different kinds of anti-corrosion coatings for the products: plain, black, hdg, zinc plating, mechanical galvanizing, Magni, Dacromet.
