Large-scale export of rail bolts enhances global railway engineering supporting capabilities
Recently, our company has successfully completed the export of a batch of rail bolts, with various product models suitable for a variety of track gauges and rail types. The order totals more than 10,000 bolt assemblies, and the customer is from Southeast Asia, which is planned to be used for laying and fixing operations of new railway projects.
To ensure the smooth delivery of orders, the company's production department plans the production plan in advance, prioritizes the allocation of raw materials and formulates detailed processing procedures. Each batch of bolts is strictly implemented in accordance with export standards in heat treatment, thread processing, size inspection, coating treatment and other links, and is sampled and re-inspected by a third-party testing agency to ensure that the final product meets customer expectations.
This export uses sea container transportation.
