The screw spike, also called rail screw, it can be used to fasten the ribbed base plates and sole plates to wood sleepers. It can be used to fasten the SKL Clip to rails and will obtain high clamping force. It has better fixing power than rail spike or dog spike, which lead to it's widely using in many fastening system.
GNEE RAIL's rail screw production involves multiple precision stages. Initial material selection utilizes specific grades of carbon or alloy steel with requisite strength and toughness. After rigorous inspection, steel undergoes blanking-cutting long bars into appropriate lengths.

Next, hot processing heats steel to a plastic state, followed by die forging to shape the chair screw body. This forms the head and prepares for threading. Post-forging spikes receive annealing treatment to relieve internal stresses.

Thread processing is critical. GNEE employs specialized machines for thread rolling or cutting. Rolling forms threads through material displacement under pressure, yielding higher strength. Post-threading, collar bolt undergo heat treatment via quenching and tempering to enhance surface hardness.
Finally, surface treatment typically involves hot-dip galvanizing or mechanical plating to prevent outdoor corrosion. Each batch undergoes stringent quality inspections including dimensional checks, hardness tests, and thread verific
