Sri Lankan customers visit our company to promote the in-depth development of railway equipment cooperation
Recently, our company welcomed a delegation of important customer representatives from Sri Lanka, who conducted a comprehensive investigation of the production environment, technical capabilities and product quality of the company's railway equipment. This is an important meeting between the two parties since the initial establishment of the intention of cooperation, which indicates that the cooperation relationship between the two parties is gradually deepening.
Accompanied by the company's head and foreign trade team, the Sri Lankan customer first visited our manufacturing workshop, quality inspection laboratory and finished product warehouse. The customer expressed great interest in our production process and process control of railway spikes, rail fasteners, fishplates, gauge pull rods and other products. During the on-site communication, our technical staff combined with physical samples to give a detailed introduction to the material, strength, anti-corrosion treatment and applicable standards of the product, and demonstrated the assembly method and usage scenarios of the product.
During the visit, the customer carefully recorded various key parameters and affirmed our strict quality inspection process and good on-site management. They paid special attention to the matching of the spike and fastener system and the ability to adapt to different rail types, and believed that our products have good versatility and stability.
After the visit, the two sides had an in-depth exchange on the current domestic railway construction and maintenance needs in Sri Lanka. Our company proposed a variety of targeted solutions based on the local track types and environmental characteristics, and promised to provide necessary technical support and service guarantees in subsequent cooperation. The customer is optimistic about the future prospects of cooperation and hopes to finalize the parameter details of the first batch of order samples as soon as possible.
