Technical training month launched to improve employees' operation and quality awareness
In order to continuously improve the company's overall quality management level, our company officially launched the "Quality and Technology Training Month" activity this month, organizing front-line production employees and technical personnel to carry out four weeks of intensive training, covering operation specifications, testing standards, equipment maintenance and problem handling and other aspects.
During the training, the Quality Inspection Department and the Technical Department jointly explained the processing error control points and common problem analysis of key components such as rail bolts, rail spikes, and fasteners, and strengthened employees' operational proficiency and sense of responsibility through practical exercises. At the same time, the company also established a special assessment mechanism to test the training effect and form long-term records.
Through this systematic training, the company will further consolidate the internal manufacturing foundation and provide customers with more stable and reliable railway equipment products.
