The company completed the upgrade of the intelligent packaging line to improve the efficiency of railway spike shipment

The system effectively improves the accuracy and speed of railway spike finished products in the shipment process through automatic identification, mechanical grabbing, quantitative packaging and intelligent labeling functions.

After the new system was launched, the average daily packaging capacity increased by more than 30%, and the manual error rate decreased significantly, especially in large-scale export projects. Through the ERP system docking, order and packaging information are synchronized, and outbound data is generated with one click, and customers can query the production and delivery progress in real time.
