WJ-8 type rail fastener system description
The WJ-8 type fastener system GNEE rail manufactured is a ballastless track fastening system developed to meet the technical requirements of the dedicated passenger line system. It is suited for high-speed railways with shoulder guards.
As shown in the following figure, the WJ-8 type fastening system GNEE rail offered consists of screw spikes, flat washers, elastic clips, insulation blocks, gauge guide plates, under-rail pads, iron pads, iron pads with elastic pads underneath, and pre-embedded sleeves located in concrete sleepers or track panels. For adjusting the rail height, raised pads and rubber pads (including under-rail raised pads and iron pad raised pads) are used.

1. Rail Elastic Clips and Rail Pads
There are two types of spring clips: the W1 type, commonly used in regular sections, and the X2 type, which may be used on bridges.

2. Track gauge blockers
Track gauge blockers are divided into two types: WJ8 track gauge blockers for general sections and WJ8 joint track gauge blockers for rail joints.
3. Insulating blocks
Insulating blocks are categorized into Type I and Type II. Type I is commonly used in regular sections, while Type II is employed at rail joints.
4. Screw track spikes
Screw track spikes come in two types, S2 and S3. S2 is used when the rail adjustment is not greater than 15 mm, while S3 is used when it exceeds 15 mm.
5. Embedded sleeve
The component is pre-embedded in the sleeper or track plate, and the embedding accuracy should meet the requirements. The top surface of the embedded sleeve should be level with the rail-bearing surface on the sleeper or track plate.
