  • Two-Stage Tensioning: Clips are initially seated in parked position, then driven to working position using hydraulic or manual tools with controlled impact force.
  • Deflection Verification: Post-installation inspection measures the gap between clip leg and guide plate to confirm proper deflection range (typically 2–4 mm).
