HDG Railway Chair Screw Spike

The spiral spike for railway is a spike specially designed to fix the railway track to the sleeper (sleeper). Unlike the traditional straight spike, the spiral spike has a spiral nail body, which can better fit tightly with the sleeper, provide stronger fixing force and better stability, and prevent the track from shifting or loosening due to external forces such as vibration and pressure during train operation.

The spiral spike has a fixing effect through the friction between its spiral shape and the hole of the sleeper. When the spike is installed, the spiral part is "screwed" into the prefabricated hole of the sleeper. This design can increase the contact area and friction between the spike and the sleeper, thereby improving the fixing ability of the spike. Compared with traditional spikes, spiral spikes can more firmly maintain the position of the track and reduce the impact of vibration and pressure generated by train operation on the spike.
