The quality inspection of railway spikes is an important part to ensure their reliable performance. During the production process, each batch of spikes must undergo strict sampling inspection. First, the appearance inspection is carried out to check whether the surface of the spike is smooth and whether there are defects such as cracks and sand holes; then the hardness test is carried out to measure the hardness of the spikes by Rockwell hardness tester or Brinell hardness tester to ensure that its hardness meets the design requirements; then the tensile test is carried out to test the tensile strength and yield strength of the spikes and evaluate their bearing capacity under stress.
