Maintenance of Crane Rail Hook Bolt
1.Daily inspection: Check the looseness, wear, rust prevention and pressure plate gap of the bolt every week.
2.Regular maintenance: Re-tighten the nut every quarter (according to the designed torque), and apply anti-rust paint after rust removal.
3.Abnormal handling: Bolts with thread slippage and deformation need to be replaced immediately, and embedded holes with wear are repaired with grouting materials.
4.Annual inspection: Magnetic particle inspection is performed every year to detect internal cracks in the bolts.
