With over 2 million fatigue cycles and 30 years of corrosion protection, they effectively eliminate the risk of rail displacement and ensure the safety of rails such as QU, ISO, EN and ASCE. Installation Of Hook Bolt
1.Preparation: Check the bolt specifications, clean the installation surface of oil and residue.
2.Positioning: Mark the hole position according to the drawing, the drilling depth is 10~20mm longer than the bolt, the hole diameter is 2~3mm larger, and the hook head hooks the embedded part at the bottom of the track beam.
3.Tightening: After the bolt is inserted, fix it with a pressure plate, tighten the nut symmetrically 2~3 times, and expose 2~3 threads.
