Production process：
Rail Inspection Process
After the crane steel rails are produced, they will be strictly inspected before leaving the factory. The main contents and processes of rail inspection include the following.
1. Appearance inspection
The appearance inspection is mainly to observe whether the rails have visible defects such as cracks, pores, inclusions, folds, etc.; it is important to check whether the rail head, rail waist, and rail bottom are deformed or damaged.
2. Dimension and tolerance inspection
When inspecting the rails, special calipers, track gauges, and laser measuring equipment must be used to check the key dimensions of the rail head width, height, bottom width, etc.;
