Industry knowledge
Railway fasteners, bolts and other accessories are important components of the track. They are exposed to the natural environment for a long time, exposed to the sun, rain, wind, snow and erosion, and have poor working conditions.
In addition, the dynamic action generated by the train passing by and the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts, etc. in the cargo are easy to cause oxidation corrosion, chemical corrosion and electrochemical corrosion of fasteners, bolts and other accessories, resulting in rust and failure of fasteners, bolts and other accessories.

Rusted track bolts will cause the bolts and connected fasteners, nuts, etc. to rust, making replacement and disassembly difficult, and will also reduce the force performance of the bolts, which may cause the fastening failure and breakage of the bolts, endangering the safety of train driving.
Railway bolts are fasteners composed of a threaded bolt, a lug or nut, and a locking washer. Its function is to buckle the rail to the sleeper and fix the gauge between the two rails.
Ballasted track bolts generally use vertical bolts, which pre-fix a part of the threaded spikes in the concrete sleeper, and tighten the spring bar to the spikes through the nut.
Compared with embedded sleeve bolts, vertical bolts have more parts exposed to the outside and are more susceptible to rust due to external factors.
GNEE RAIL has a long-term customer base and good reputation in many countries, and its products are widely used in important engineering projects such as national railways, urban rails, and port transportation. We believe that continued high standards are the key to continuously improving brand value.
