The E-type clip is a commonly used elastic fastening component designed to firmly secure rails onto sleepers or baseplates. Its elastic design maintains continuous pressure on the rail, ensuring stability and preventing gauge widening or loosening. The rail tension clamp works in conjunction with E-type clips to provide pre-stressed clamping force, effectively resisting longitudinal rail movement and vibration.
The product adopts Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) surface treatment, forming a uniform and strongly adherent zinc coating on the metal surface. This significantly enhances corrosion and oxidation resistance, making it ideal for railways in coastal, high-humidity, or acid-rain-prone environments.

GNEE RAIL has been manufacturing E elastic clips. Most of our elastic clips are exported. Only some of them are sold domestically. Our E clip shows reliable quality after being used for so many years. There is no complaint from any of our customers.
