Products Description
1.Definition and classification
heavy rail
Definition: It usually refers to steel rails weighing 50kg/m or more, such as 50kg/m, 60kg/m, 75kg/m, and other specifications.
Classification: A classification method belonging to steel rails, mainly based on the weight (or single weight) of the rails.
Carbon steel rail
Definition: The main material is carbon steel, which is a steel rail with high strength and hardness, high elastic limit and fatigue limit.
Classification: Divided according to the chemical composition of steel rails, carbon steel rails do not contain alloying elements and belong to a type of ordinary steel rail.

2.Characteristics and Performance
heavy rail
Features: Thick cross-section, sturdy and durable, with higher load-bearing capacity and longer service life.
Performance: It can better carry heavy items such as trains and containers, and also has better wind resistance when trains pass at high speeds. In addition, heavy-duty steel rails can reduce noise and vibration, improving the comfort of railway transportation.
Carbon steel rail
Characteristics: It has high strength and hardness, as well as good elastic and fatigue limits.
Performance: Able to withstand tremendous pressure from the wheels and effectively transmit it to the sleepers. The cutting performance of carbon steel rails is acceptable, but the welding performance and cold plastic deformation ability are relatively poor.
