Railway spikes are key components in the track fastener system. Their correct installation is directly related to the safety and stability of the entire track structure. In the concrete sleeper system, the widely used threaded spikes need to be screwed into the nylon sleeve or metal sleeve in the sleeper by spiral. Professional tightening tools must be used during installation to control the torque to ensure that each threaded spike is firmly embedded without loosening or slipping. In addition, to prevent external corrosion, different projects also put forward corresponding requirements for the surface treatment of road spikes before and after installation.
Regardless of the type of road spike, correct construction technology and installation specifications are important prerequisites for ensuring the safe operation of railway lines. When exporting road spike products, companies should also provide customers with corresponding installation instructions or technical manuals in a timely manner to ensure that the use effect is optimal.
