How to accurately install the anchoring spiral spike?
As the intermediate connecting part between the railways rail and the sleeper, the fastener is used to fix the rail on the sleeper, maintain the track gauge and prevent the rail from moving longitudinally and transversely relative to the sleeper. Spiral spikes are a component of railway fasteners and are commonly used railway accessories in railway track transportation.
In order to ensure the safe operation of the train, the fastener must be used to apply sufficient buckling pressure to the railway track, and whether the spiral spike is in good condition is the key to whether the entire fastener system can play its role effectively.
To ensure the state of the spike, on the one hand, it is necessary to ensure that the quality of the spiral spike is qualified, and on the other hand, the anchoring spiral spike must be installed correctly.
Affected by the level of the operator, sometimes the spike is easy to be crooked when the hand shakes. If the deflection angle is large, it will increase the difficulty of subsequent line maintenance. At the same time, the overflowed anchoring agent is difficult to clean after solidification. However, as long as the positioning frame is used, the spiral spike can be installed quickly, accurately and precisely.
