Rail pads are widely used in the railway fastening system. They are placed between the steel rail and the sleepers or tie plates for the purpose of eliminating the shocks and vibration caused by passing train. With the elasticity characteristics of rubber and eva and hdpe material, elastic rail pad can keep the closed contacting with the rail above and the sleeper and tie plate underneath.
