This digital monitoring of process parameters effectively eliminates common quality defects such as air bubbles, under-curing, or over-curing.

 

Post-processing after molding is equally significant. After demolding, every rail tie pad undergoes an automated trimming system to remove flash, ensuring smooth edges and precise dimensions. Subsequently, the product enters the crucial quality control phase. Beyond standard hardness and dimensional checks, GNEE RAIL's laboratories simulate real-world operating conditions, conducting static-to-dynamic stiffness ratio tests and fatigue tests involving 3 million cycles. Only products that pass these rigorous "health checks" are packaged and shipped to construction sites worldwide.
