Production begins with precisely controlled wire preparation, where spring steel coil rods of specific composition are first processed through cold drawing to achieve an exact diameter. This process not only calibrates the dimensions but also simultaneously enhances the material's mechanical properties.

The wire is then fed into multi-station automatic bending machines, where it is accurately shaped into the complex three-dimensional geometry required by the design through progressive cold forming via a series of precision dies. This forming process must ensure the material's grain flow aligns with the stress direction to avoid creating stress concentration points.

The core step determining the product's performance is heat treatment. The formed clips undergo rigorous quenching and tempering-first heated uniformly to a specific austenitizing temperature, then rapidly quenched in a cooling medium to obtain a hard martensitic structure, followed immediately by precisely controlled high-temperature tempering. This critical process transforms the unstable martensite into tough and strong tempered troostite, giving the clip both a high elastic limit and good toughness. Factors like temperature uniformity, time control, and cooling rate during heat treatment directly impact the product's microstructure and final properties; any deviation can lead to premature failure.

Clips that have completed heat treatment proceed to surface protection. Through the hot-dip galvanizing process, the clips are cleaned and activated before being immersed in molten zinc, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer on the surface. This coating provides excellent barrier protection and also offers cathodic protection through sacrificial anode action. The final stage of the manufacturing process is comprehensive quality verification, including dimensional accuracy checks, Rockwell hardness testing, and fatigue life testing that simulates actual working conditions.

GNEE RAIL implements strict process control throughout the entire manufacturing chain, with every step from raw material intake to finished product shipment adhering to international standards, ensuring every elastic clip maintains consistent clamping force and reliability under demanding operating conditions.
