Although track connection bolts have good performance, in actual use, the following points should still be noted to ensure their good operating condition:
-Regular inspection: Check the tightness of the bolts regularly, especially after long-term operation or when vibration occurs. If looseness is found, tighten it in time.
-Anti-corrosion treatment: In a humid or salt spray environment, ensure that the surface of the bolts is intact, and re-coat or replace it if necessary.
-Use appropriate tools: Use appropriate wrenches or torque tools, tighten according to the specified torque value, and avoid over-tightening or over-loosening.
-Avoid strong impact: During installation or maintenance, avoid impact or other mechanical damage to the bolts to avoid affecting their performance.
