Deenik clips are made of 60Si2MnA, 55Si7 or equivalent round or square steel. The specific shape design enables it to deform elastically after installation, thereby generating buckle pressure to act on the rails, preventing the longitudinal and lateral displacement of the rails relative to the sleepers. This elastic design helps to reduce fatigue and wear of track components.

Clamping force: It can provide stable clamping force that meets the requirements of the track to ensure the stability of the rail. The specific value depends on the design and use requirements of different tracks. Usually a single spring clip can provide enough clamping force to keep the rail stable.
Rail pad stiffness: The stiffness of the cork rubber pad set under the rail is 192kN/mm.
Iron pad pad stiffness: The stiffness of the cork rubber pad under the iron pad is 63kN/mm.
Rail left and right position adjustment: The left and right position of the rail is adjusted by an eccentric ring, and the adjustment amount is ±6mm, and it is stepless.
Rail height adjustment: The height adjustment amount of the rail is 8mm.
