Dog Spikes, also known as cut track spikes, are commonly used to secure T-shaped railway tracks to wooden sleepers, as well as to fasten rails and tie plates to track sleepers. These spikes feature a sharp point and a square shank, with the underside of the spike head sloped to match the angle of the rail base top.
GNEE RAIL offers dog spikes in various sizes to meet customized requirements for spike penetration length. The most commonly used sizes are 5/8" × 6" and 9/16" × 5-1/2", which are suitable for smaller track sections. Custom dimensions and material specifications (e.g., carbon steel or stainless steel) are available upon request.
