The production uses CNC cavity molds, strictly controlling molding temperature (150–180°C), pressure (15–25 MPa), and vulcanization time (15–20 minutes) to ensure dimensional tolerances of ≤ ±0.3 mm and surface flatness errors of ≤ 0.2 mm. This ensures seamless fitting with the rail bottom and sleeper support surface, avoiding localized stress concentrations.

Rail pad and sleeper compatibility requires matching geometry (rail type, fastening system), material properties (hardness, thickness), and ensuring excellent surface contact (over 90% fit) to properly distribute loads, dampen vibrations, prevent wear, maintain track geometry, and ensure fastening integrity, with mismatches leading to rapid failure. Key compatibility aspects include rail profile (e.g., UIC60) and fastener type (Pandrol, E-clip), while the pad must fit the sleeper (concrete, wood, steel) and provide correct stiffness.
