Rail e clips are one of the commonly used rail fasteners in railway fastening systems. They are used to provide positive and lasting track alignment under the worst working conditions, thereby extending the service life of railway tracks.
Rail e clips are widely used in different applications and can be subdivided into different types and sizes, such as E2007, E2055, E2056, etc. for split rail fastening systems, and E1809, E1817, E1819, etc. for non-split rail fastening systems.
Features of Rail E Clips
Structural shape: "E" shape, this unique shape allows the rail clip to better cooperate with other fastener components during installation and stress, such as tightly connecting with embedded iron seats, insulating gauge blocks, etc., to play a stable buckling role;
Buckle pressure: The initial buckle pressure of a single railway clip can reach about 10kN-15kN, which can effectively fix the rails and ensure the stability and safety of the rails during train operation;
Elastic range: The elastic range is between 10mm-15mm, which can effectively absorb the vibration and impact energy generated by train operation;
Application scenarios: Suitable for heavy-duty railways, high-speed passenger dedicated lines, urban rail transit and other lines with high requirements for track stability and comfort.
