The cooperating inspection agencies include international authoritative units such as BV, SGS, and TÜV, covering multiple inspection items such as size, performance, hardness, and corrosion resistance. In the past 12 months, the cumulative factory inspection reports have exceeded 1,000, and the qualified rate has always remained 100%.
At the same time, we have also established a quality return visit system, in which professionals track the use of each batch of exported products and collect customer feedback. In the latest quarterly customer satisfaction survey, the average customer satisfaction with product quality was 96.8%, and the after-sales response speed score also exceeded 90%.
