35K railway Spike products are exported again, continuing to meet the needs of the international market

Recently, our company has once again completed the export and shipment of a batch of 35K grade railway spikes. The order specifications this time are 23×105mm, and the customer is an overseas long-term cooperation unit. This product will be used in a national railway sleeper track reconstruction project to improve the operation stability and maintenance efficiency of the local line.

The railway spikes exported this time are one of our hot-selling products. They are made of high-quality 35K carbon steel materials and are hot-dip galvanized or anti-corrosion treated to ensure a longer service life in humid, acidic, alkaline or high-pressure environments. The product design fully considers the coordination stability of the spikes with sleepers, gauge rods, fasteners, etc., and is widely used in forestry light rail, industrial railways and ordinary railway lines.

The customer put forward strict technical standards and delivery time requirements at the beginning of the project. Our engineering and technical team responded immediately, docked the drawings, arranged sample proofing, and submitted third-party quality inspection reports, which won the high recognition of customers. During the formal mass production and shipment process, we strictly implement the ISO quality management system to ensure the consistency of batch products and avoid any construction problems caused by deviations.

This cooperation not only deepens customers' trust in our company's product quality and service capabilities, but also once again proves our company's stable supply capacity and engineering support strength in the field of railway spikes. We will continue to uphold the principle of "high standards, strict requirements, and excellent service" and contribute the power of Chinese manufacturing to global railway construction projects.
