Recently, our company completed a batch of export orders for railway spikes with a total of more than 20,000 pieces, and successfully sent them to a railway project site in a country in Central Asia. This batch of products mainly includes ordinary spikes and threaded spikes, all of which have been strictly produced and quality inspected according to the technical parameters provided by customers to meet the track use needs in the high temperature and dry environment of the region.
During the order execution process, the company's technical department and customers conducted multiple rounds of drawing confirmation and sample testing to ensure that the product fully matches the track standard. At the same time, the packaging method has also been optimized in combination with the customer's loading and unloading method, using a multi-layer structure of pallet + steel belt + waterproof cloth, which effectively improves transportation safety.
